1. Digital Products All products sold on this store are digital files delivered electronically. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access to download your files. No physical items will be shipped.

2. Intellectual Property All digital files are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or use the files for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

3. No Right of Withdrawal By completing your purchase and accessing the digital content, you explicitly agree to waive your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as the performance of the contract begins immediately upon purchase.

4. Refunds Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for information on refund eligibility.

5. Limitation of Liability GlowForSuccess is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased digital files.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU regulations. Customers from other jurisdictions acknowledge and agree that any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of digital products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria.
