Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been made available for download.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers) Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU/EEA consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days. However, by completing the purchase and accessing the digital content, the customer explicitly agrees to waive this right, as performance begins immediately upon purchase.

No Refund Policy (All Other Customers) For customers outside the EU/EEA, all sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital products cannot be returned.

Exceptions (All Customers) A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we are unable to provide a working alternative.
• An incorrect file was received, different from what was ordered.
